What kind of birds and sealife should our guests expect in Destin Harbor?

1. Pelicans

Yeah, they look pretty odd and fly in those weird formations. But they love watching us humans paddle, boat and kayak through the harbor. Don't worry, they're not camera shy, either!

2. Seagulls

They're very cute from far away, but watch out for seagulls. If you feed them, all of a sudden you'll wonder about your life decisions, because you're swarmed. Remember Finding Nemo? Mine?

3. Dolphins

Our harbor has a pod of dolphins that enjoy swimming back and forth giving our visitors a thrill. They're beautiful and curious. If you're in the right place at the right time, you might even catch one jumping for joy!

4. Heron

Heron like to hang out and watch our visitors as well. The graceful curve of their neck and the long careful strides make them great to photograph.

5. Lobsters

Just kidding! But please, wear sunscreen and put them on your children for your safety. No one likes to be sunburnt on vacation!
